PURPOSE: A decomposition type night soil treating apparatus is provided which treats night soil promptly and hygienically without separate night soil treating equipment by supplying hot air having the optimum temperature and oxygen to night soil and agitating night soil treating soil and activated carbon together with night soil. CONSTITUTION: The decomposition type night soil treating apparatus comprises an agitation shaft(1) rotationally driven with being laterally installed inside the night soil reaction part; a plurality of agitation vanes(2) rotationally moved with being mounted on the outer circumference of the agitation shaft; a night soil reaction part(8) comprising a hot air diffusing surface in which a space is formed so that the agitation vanes are rotated in the space, and night soil is filled in the space, and an upper side of which a plurality of passageways are formed so that hot air heated by heater(4) is supplied into the plurality of passageways by blower(3), and a night soil storage part installed under the hot air diffusing surface to store night soil; an exhaust fan(12) installed in an exhaust passageway formed at one side of the night soil reaction part to exhaust gas such as malodor to the outside; and night soil treatment promoting parts(11) which are agitated with being filled into the night soil reaction part together with night soil, in which activated carbon is contained, and on the outer surface of which a plurality of night soil passageway opening parts are formed.
