PURPOSE: A blast furnace tuyere cooler with ribs is provided to increase damage resistance and external pressure resistance against degraded materials inside blast furnace by simultaneously improving cooling capacity and durability of tuyere cooler through which cooling water passes. CONSTITUTION: In a blast furnace tuyere cooler comprising a space formed in center of the blast furnace tuyere cooler so that hot air of high temperature passes through the space, a passageway formed to a certain thickness on the outer circumference of the space, a pair of water supply ports(6) and a drainage(7) respectively formed on an outer end part of the passageway so that the water supply ports supply cooling water(9), and the drainage discharges cooling water, the blast furnace tuyere cooler comprises a plurality of ribs(8) installed inside the passageway to forcibly guide flow of cooling water, wherein the ribs comprise ribs having a bent structure so that cooling water flown in through the pair of water supply ports is mixed with each other, and vertically extended ribs arranged in such a shape that the ribs are alternately connected to upper part and lower part of the tuyere cooler.
