METHOD FOR CONTROLLING SHAPE OF ROLLING PLATE

PURPOSE: A method for controlling shape of rolling plate is provided to manufacture a rolling plate having even roughness and good plate shape during rolling by predicting plate profile per stand and calculating shape variation rate based on the predicted plate profile per the stand, thereby controlling independent shape variation rate per stand. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises first step of setting a target shape variation rate of rolling plate and a standard value for a difference between the target shape variation rate and actually calculated shape variation rate; second step of calculating reduction ratio pattern per each stand obtained from calculation of the initial rolling setting amount; third step of predicting plate profile values at the output side of each stand by plate profile program using the calculated reduction ratio pattern per each stand; fourth step of calculating shape variation rate per each stand using the predicted plate profile values; fifth step of judging if a difference between the calculated shape variation rate and the preset target shape variation rate is less than the preset standard value; sixth step of calculating amounts of the final rolling state including rolling speed, roll force and roll gap if the difference value is less than the preset standard value in the fifth step; and seventh step of performing the second step by changing rolling power distribution ratio per each stand so that the changed rolling power distribution ratio per each stand is designated as a new state amount and recalculating thickness and rolling speed of the output side of each stand if the difference value is not less than the preset standard value in the fifth step.
