PURPOSE: A writing material with a adhesion plate is provided to have a clipping function for preventing the sheet of book from being turned over by repressing a restoration force of book at maximum and a protecting function for preventing the writing material from being lost. CONSTITUTION: In a writing materials having clip(7) on the body or cap(2) itself, the writing material has a adhesion plate(4) on the opposing side of the clip. A sucking hole(9) is formed in the center of the adhesion plate(4) and a bolt(5) is provided to joint the adhesion plate(4) to the surface of the cap(2) through the sucking hole(9). The writing materials have a clipping function for preventing the sheet of book from being turned over by repressing a restoration force of book at maximum.
