AUTOMATIC AXIS ALIGNING APPARATUS OF STRIP COIL BUILDUP MEASURING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: An automatic axis aligning apparatus of strip coil buildup measuring system is provided to automatically adjust alignment of the axes when defects of axis alignment are generated between measuring directional axis of the buildup measuring system and rotational shaft of coil. CONSTITUTION: The automatic axis aligning apparatus of strip coil buildup measuring system comprises a moving plate(122); a measuring assembly(125) mounted on the front side of the moving plate to measure distance and surface shape; a transfer means(128) for horizontally moving the measuring assembly from the front side of the moving plate; a pair of shaft members(120) connected to the rear side of the moving plate so that the moving plate is rotated to an arbitrary angle; and a height adjustment means(100) mounted on an end of one side of the moving plate in such a way that the height adjustment means is vertically directed to a lower side, wherein the height adjustment means comprises a driving motor(102), and a screw shaft(101) vertically set up with being connected to the driving motor, and the screw shaft adjusts the moving plate so that the moving plate is parallel to an axial direction of the strip coil by lifting or lowering one side of the moving plate according to rotation of the screw shaft with being inserted into one side of the moving plate.
