The method can be applied in high mountain conditions. A topographic characteristic of the area with at least 20 marked points is prepared in advance, the distance between the point being no less than 240 m, where the wind velocities is within the range of from 7.4 to 21.3 m/s, and the density of the energy flow ranges from 811 to 257968 W/m2. At the specified places the foundations are built and at least 20 small motor-towers are mounted on an area of 2828 m2. The small motor-towers are of three-rotor blades type on a horizontal axis of 60 m diameter. They are built at a height of 46 to 69 m above the ground level. 2 claims
