PURPOSE: An interval measurement unit having a movable structure in a width direction of a steel plate is provided to easily measure a width and a curvature of the steel plate by adjusting an interval between sensors according to the width of the steel plate. CONSTITUTION: An interval measurement unit includes sensor housings(10,30,50). A sensor head is installed at a front portion of each of the sensor housings(10,30,50). A first vertical shaft rotated by means of a reversible motor(36) is installed in the housing(30). The first vertical shaft is provided at a lower portion thereof with a bevel gear. A conveyance bed is fixedly installed on the sensor housing(10). At least two support rods(46) are installed on bearing blocks(45a,45b). The sensor housings(10,50) are moved about the sensor housing(30) by means of the reversible motor(36).
