The invention concerns a hub device for a pair of saw blades comprising a first blade (1), which is adapted to rotate about an axis of rotation (r) in a first direction, and a second blade (2), which is adapted to rotate about the same axis of rotation (r) in a second direction opposite to said first direction. The two blades (1, 2) each have a blade body (3, 4) and cutting units (5, 6) arranged along the periphery of the blade body and adapted to run close to and in parallel with each other. The hub device comprises a blade adapter (10) having a support surface (15) for that side of the second blade (2) facing away from the first blade (1). For rotating the second blade (2) the blade adapter (10) has screw holes (13, 14) cut in its support surface (15), into which screws (16, 17) are screwable for locking the second blade (2) onto the blade adapter (10). |
