<p>A cosmetic composition is provided which includes an organic sunscreen agent, a water-insoluble polymeric powder of porous particles, and an aqueous system wherein pH is less than 7. The porous particles remove the tackiness normally associated with organic sunscreen agents and low pH systems thereby providing a resultant composition of excellent skinfeel.</p> |
