摘要 FIELD: medicinal microbiology. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for selection of antibiotic showing the highest effectiveness in treatment of inflammatory diseases of bacterial etiology. Method is carried out by isolation of pure cultures of pathogen and opportunistic microorganisms from microflora of the human body ecological niche that represents the inflammation focus. Pure pathogen cultures are used for preparing bacterial suspensions followed by carrying out crossing inoculation of the pathogen bacterial suspension by stamp with each of isolated representative of opportunistic microorganisms on the solid nutrient medium. Control inoculations of the same cultures are carried out by a band on the crossing place in experiment and indicator disk impregnated with antibiotic is applied on the center of inoculate. Inoculations are incubated and zone diameters in retention of culture growth are measured around a disk in experiment and control. Antibiotic is considered to be effective in elevating zone diameters in experiment by 1 mm and above as compared with that in control and simultaneously in reducing by 1 mm and above or in absence of change in each of opportunistic microorganism as compared with control. Method provides selecting antibiotic that shows lethal effect on pathogen inducing inflammatory disease but it doesn't effect on representatives of opportunistic microorganisms in this ecological niche. ^ EFFECT: improved assay method. ^ 3 dwg, 3 tbl, 2 ex
