FIELD: non-ferrous metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention presents an anodic device of the aluminum electrolyzer with the burnt anodes and is dealt with nonferrous metallurgy, in particular, with production of aluminum by an electrolytic method in electrolyzers with the burnt anodes. The technical result of the invention is a decrease of material and labor costs of production of aluminum and reduction of the electric power consumption. The anodic device contains a coal unit, a power supply boom and a steel holder with the nipples rigidly fixed in the pits made in the upper plane of the coal unit. The device is additionally supplied with: the anode suspension rod made in the form of a crossbar fixed on the boom; the metal straps, fastened by their top ends in pairs to the cross-bar on both sides of the boom with their lower ends bent as a split terminal and rigidly fixed by the current conducting mass in the made in the upper plane of the coal unit inclined rectangular pits, cross-section of which decreases along the depth of the unit; a tightening and a spacing tools installed on each pair of straps. ^ EFFECT: decreased material and labor costs at production of aluminum, reduced power consumption. ^ 1 dwg |
