FIELD: rolled stock production, namely manufacture of shaped tubes. ^ SUBSTANCE: universal stand includes two horizontal and two vertical rolls whose axes are arranged in the same plane. Roll journals are mounted outside stand housing by means of cover strips with use of bolts with possibility of vertical and horizontal motions. Each roll has arbor on which profiling washer with predetermined diameter and width is mounted. Limiting beads there are in one end of working portion of washer. Profiling washer of upper horizontal roll is mounted with possibility of axial motion by means of two threaded sleeves placed on washer axis at both sides. Said sleeves have at side of profiling washer outer threaded portions of predetermined length with opposite, left-hand and right-hand threads; said portions rest by their one end upon limiting beads. Plate type nuts are screwed on threaded sleeves and they rest upon ends of profiling washer. Direction of screwing on of each plate type nut until it rests upon profiling washer coincides with rotation sign of horizontal roll at profiling process. Total length of threaded sleeves is less than distance between beads. Openings for bolts in cover strips for mounting vertical rolls are vertically elongated; their length is sufficient for moving rolls. ^ EFFECT: enhanced quality of tubes, lowered wear of rolls and labor consumption. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg, 1 ex |
