FIELD: cardiology. ^ SUBSTANCE: treatment of coronary syndrome without raising segment ST is provided by administering subcutaneously enoxaparine in dose of 1 mg/kg a day over a 5-8-day period in combination with aspirin in dose of 250 mg/day and additionally administering phenyline in dose of 60 mg/day over a period of 2 days starting on the third-fifth day of enoxaparine treatment followed by phenyline dose 45 mg/day during 2 subsequent days. Starting on the fourth day of phenylene treatment, prothrombin time factor is determined every third day. When this factor exceeds 3.0, phenyline dose is reduced by 15 mg/day, and when this factor is below 2.0, phenyline dose is raised by 15 mg/day. When optimal phenyline dose is thus found, prothrombin time factor is measured once a month. Treatment time lasts for 12 to 36 months. ^ EFFECT: prevented hypercoagulation with no rise in hemorrhagic complication occurrences. |
