FIELD: working by taking off cuttings, broaches for working inner grooves. ^ SUBSTANCE: broach is in the form of straight rod with geometry axis, stem and arranged successively from front portion towards back portion front guide and cutting portion. Front guide is cylindrical, it has diameter D1 and it is centered relative to geometry axis. Cutting portion includes large number of cutting teeth centered relative to geometry axis, turned to front portion, having outer diameter at least equal to diameter D1, gradually increased from front portion to back portion and mutually spaced in lateral direction by means of recesses formed in rod to depth restricted by diameter no more than D1. Cutting portion is divided in direction from front portion to back portion by several cutting zones with cutting teeth mutually spaced by means of guides for secondary centering. In order to enhance accuracy of working, guides for secondary centering are cylindrical ones and they have diameter equal to D1. ^ EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of working inner grooves. ^ 5 cl, 2 dwg |
