FIELD: plastic metal working, possibly manufacture of elongated tubular shells of sheet material. ^ SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of bending of sheet blank and discharging ready shape; bending sheet blank successively according to marks applied onto sheet blank symmetrically relative to symmetry line of sheet blank; making last bending along symmetry line of sheet blank; lifting ready shape by means of punch over die and moving it along lengthwise axis of punch. Sheet blank may be in the form of developed lateral surface of truncated cone. ^ EFFECT: possibility for making elongated thick-wall shapes with predetermined diameter in the form of cylinder, truncated cone and truncated pyramid, enhanced strength, enlarged using range of products. ^ 1 dwg |
