FIELD: laser technology. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed source has active element, in particular, with frequency selector made in the form of integrated-optical Michelson echelon working for reflection. In this case input butt of selector comes in the form of cylindrical microlens and its output butt has shape of flat highly reflecting mirror. ^ EFFECT: proposed source of multifrequency radiation displays has high precision of arrangement of generated frequencies with low optical losses of intraresonator selecting element and shows high reproducibility of output parameters. ^ 5 cl, 2 dwg |
