FIELD: measurement of statistic characteristics of random processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: analyzer of characteristic function of signal incorporates first and second dividers whose first inputs are inputs of analyzer and whose outputs are connected to first inputs of first and second amplitude modulators correspondingly as well as to first inputs of first and second linear-frequency oscillators which second inputs are integrated and connected to first control input of analyzer and outputs are connected to second inputs of correspondingly first and second amplitude detectors. Outputs of amplitude modulators are correspondingly connected to inputs of first and second power meters as well as to inputs of correspondingly first and second dispersion delay lines which outputs are connected to inputs of correspondingly first and second demodulators with band-pass filters. Output of second demodulator with band-pass filter is connected to second input of second multiplier and through phase inverter to second input of first multiplier and output of first demodulator with band-pass filter is connected to first inputs of multipliers which outputs are connected through integrators with controllable weight coefficients to inputs of correspondingly first and second recorders. Outputs of first and second power meters are connected to first inputs of correspondingly first and second threshold units which inputs are tied together and connected to second control input of analyzer and outputs are connected to second inputs of first and second dividers correspondingly. ^ EFFECT: enhanced measurement precision. ^ 3 dwg |
