FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, production of food balsams. ^ SUBSTANCE: food balsam comprises vegetable oil and ethereal oil. Flax oil is used as vegetable oil and dill, or coriander, or fennel seed oil is used as ethereal oil. Vegetable oil and ethereal oil are used in the ratio of 1:0.3-0.01, respectively. ^ EFFECT: wider range of kinds of food balsam having aroma and tastes of flowers, improved assimilation and increased biological activity of food product. |
