POLYETHYLENE DIRECT WATER RESISTANT COLLAR

PURPOSE: A polyethylene direct water resistant collar is provided to install a mold at one side of the pipe and then insert a synthetic resin pipe at an opposite side to engage the pipes. CONSTITUTION: A working table linearly moves toward one side of a synthetic resin pipe(1) to fix a mold in the synthetic resin pipe. A pre-molded melting mesh(3) is installed at the outer side of the mold fixed in the synthetic resin pipe. A melting resin is provided to the outer side of the mold for forming the melting mesh to surround the melting mesh in a certain depth. The working table moves back to form a water resistant collar at the one side of the synthetic resin pipe.
