APPARATUS FOR REPAIRING WALL OF BLAST FURNACE AND BLOCKING ASCENT OF GAS IN BLAST FURNACE

PURPOSE: An apparatus for repairing wall of blast furnace and blocking ascent of gas in blast furnace is provided to improve repairing workability of blast furnace wall by preventing damage of repairing facility due to ascension gas and preventing ascent of the gas in the blast furnace so that workers easily grasp repairing progress of the wall. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a main box(10) charged into the blast furnace as it is being moved with the main box being connected to crane; a main shaft(30) installed vertically on the main box in such a manner that the main shaft is rotatable; a fireproof agent injection block(50) which is mounted on the main shaft so that the fireproof agent injection block is lifted and lowered along the main shaft, at an outer side of which a plural injection ports(52) for injecting fireproof agent onto damaged part(120') on the wall of the blast furnace are installed, and to which a fireproof agent supply hose(54) is connected through an inner part of the main shaft; and a plurality of ascending gas blocking plates(70) connected to a lower part of the main shaft by hinges and unfolded or folded by cylinders(72) connected to the circumference of the main shaft.
