PURPOSE: An apparatus for producing oil from waste plastics is provided to produce recycled oil of good quality through the processes for separating water, acid ingredient, sulfur ingredient from the oil obtained in a cooling unit; and to re-use a waste gas when extracting the oil for the burning materials of a heating burner, thereby improving a product efficiency of the recycled oil, reducing a discharge amount of the waste gas, and re-using the remains for the burning materials of a boiler after solidifying the remains in a regular size. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for producing oil form waste plastics comprises first and second reaction furnaces(2,3) including a heating burner(4) for heating and melting crushed and washed waste plastics to be evaporated and a gas separation hopper(5); first to third gas pipes(6,7,8) with a catalytic top(14); first to third cooler(9,10,11) for cooling each gas at different temperature; a bunker C oil tank(12) for storing the bunker C oil and resupplying it in the reaction furnaces; a first oil tank(13) for storing light oil and volatile oil and supplying the oil to a water and oil separator(17) through a first auxiliary tank; an off-gas tank(15) for separately storing the gas contained in the oil and supplying the gas as the burning materials of the heating burner(4); a water and oil separator(17) for removing water from the oil; a second oil tank(18) for supplying stored oil to a reaction tank(20) through a send auxiliary tank(19); a reaction thank for removing the acid and sulfur ingredients from the oil and supplying the oil to a third auxiliary tank(24); a chemicals storage tank(21); a filter(23) and an oil storage tank(25).
