PURPOSE: A service system for a mortgage loan and a loan fund is provided to offer the loan to a desired member, and make the member buy the fund after confirming the loan information including to the fund by selling the accumulated loan as the fund. CONSTITUTION: A certification authority(302) confirms the identification of the member and performs the electronic signature having the legal validity. A credit evaluation authority(304) evaluates the credit of the member requesting the loan. A mortgage appraisal authority(306) appraises the mortgage of the member requesting the loan. A loan server(202) receives/approves a loan application of the member requesting the loan, and manages the load particulars. A fund management server(204) invites/sells/manages the fund as much as the loan price offered to the requested member. A main server(210) exchanges the information of the systems and manages the member information by storing the member information in a database.
