PURPOSE: A device for removing swarf from a filter tank is provided to smoothly remove swarf from the filter tank and to reduce the damage of a filter. CONSTITUTION: A device for removing swarf from a filter tank is composed of a driving unit, and a filter unit. The driving unit includes a base frame(10) installed at one side of the filter tank, a swing shaft(11) rotatably installed at the base frame, a swing unit for rotating the swing shaft, a rail member(12) vertically installed at the top of the swing shaft, and a lifting member(13) moving up/down along the rail member. The filter unit is installed at the top of the lifting member. The filter unit includes a support shaft(20) horizontally installed at the top of the lifting member, a rotary case(21) rotatably installed at the support shaft, a support bracket(22) fixed to the front of the rotary case, a driving roll(23) rotatably fit into the support shaft, a driven roll(24) installed at the end of the support bracket, a filter net(25), and a rotary motor for rotating the driving roll.
