PURPOSE: A gene chip for diagnosis of hematological malignancy and a system of prognostic judgment using the selected gene expression pattern are provided, thereby rapidly and accurately diagnosing hematological malignancy and anticipating the treatment results of patients suffering from hematological malignancy. CONSTITUTION: The gene chip for diagnosis of hematological malignancy comprises probe genes arrayed on a substrate, which include genes having gene bank accession number of U45878, U52696, D79991, D42138, AB002382, L14076, M37984, X96849, U56998, D28383, J04605, J04739, S67070, U10550, U34343, U79734, U82759, U95626, X74614 and M93651, wherein the hematological malignancy is Acute Myeloid Leukemia(AML). The gene chip for diagnosis of hematological malignancy comprises probe genes arrayed on a substrate, which include genes having gene bank accession number of U86409, Y09836, X77307, Z15114, L40377, XM_175175, Z83802, D87468, L07765, Z30644, J03242, M24736, U12767, AC002450, D86959, D86969, D87735, D89077, NM_003247, L20971, L28175, M36067, M55531, U17032, U65093, U73167, U79246, U87269, U94747, X89750, M18255, X99897, M99435, U46744 and U48730, wherein the hematological malignancy is Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma(DLBCL).
