PURPOSE: A dispenser of an LCD panel is provided to form seal patterns on a substrate loaded into a table by driving syringes, in order to minimize a space of the dispenser, thereby improving clean-room efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A table(410) loads a substrate(400) thereon, and fixes the loaded substrate(400). Plural image display portions(413A-413F) are comprised on the substrate(400). Plural syringes(401A-401C) horizontally move to change relative positional relations with the table(410), discharge sealants along outer sides of the image display portions(413A-413F) of the substrate(400) through nozzles(402A-402C) comprised on one side, and form seal patterns(416A-416F). The number of the syringes(401A-401C) corresponds to the number of the image display portions(413A-413F) formed on the substrate(400), to simultaneously form the seal patterns(416A-416F).
