PURPOSE: A deflection yoke is provided to reduce costs by preventing a leakage of magnetic field through the change of the position of the terminal of horizontal deflection coil. CONSTITUTION: A deflection yoke comprises a coil separator including a screen portion coupled to the screen of a cathode ray tube, a rear cover, and a neck portion extended from the center of the rear cover and coupled to the electron gun of the cathode ray tube; a horizontal deflection coil(15) and a vertical deflection coil(16) arranged on the inner and outer surfaces of the coil separator, respectively, so as to form horizontal and vertical deflection magnetic fields; and a printed circuit board(p) coupled to the rear cover of the coil separator, and which permits the horizontal and vertical deflection coils to be electrically connected to the printed circuit board and has terminals(20,21,22,23) connected to lead-out lines(15a,16a) and lead-in lines(15b,16b) of the horizontal and vertical deflection coils, wherein the gap formed between terminals is 40mm or shorter.
