PURPOSE: A device for sealing connection part of rotation shaft for use in cleaning facility is provided to prevent outflow of cleaning solution scattered inside the cleaning box by promptly and simply carrying out separating and connecting operations of sealing cover installed on the outer surface of cleaning box. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises fixed plates(20) which are respectively connected to both surfaces of an outer part of cleaning box, and on one surface of which a projected rise(21) having a plural guiding grooves(22) is formed; a plural moving plates(30) which are movably inserted into the guiding grooves, and on one side of which a fixed protrusion(31) is projectingly formed; a movable bush(40) to which an end part of the other side of pulling bar(41) connected to the fixed protrusion is connected, and which is movably inserted onto a rotation shaft for supporting a brush roll(4); a fixed cap(50) inserted onto an end part of the rotation shaft to prevent the movable bush from separating from the rotation shaft; a spring(52) inserted onto the rotation shaft between the movable bush and the fixed cap to elastically support the movable bush; and a supporting bar(51) connected to the side of a cleaning box(1) to support the fixed cap.
