PURPOSE: A system for an on/offline POP(Point of Purchase) AD(ADvertisement) is provided to increase efficiency and productivity by editing/outputting a design on a screen according to user's needs. CONSTITUTION: A server(10) includes a POP database(11) including a template database(12) and a template image database(13), and a database management/user certification module(15). A user PC(20) includes a PDP interface module(21) for receiving the user certification for the POP database, a search/output part(22) for searching/downloading/outputting a desired template form the POP database, a storage(23) for downloading/storing the searched templates, a template letter input part(24) for modifying/inserting/adding/removing a title and a word of the stored template, a template image selector(25) for selecting/changing an image of the template to the desired image, and a barcode generator(26) for automatically generating/outputting a barcode when the completed POP AD is stored in the storage.
