PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing a garbage treating machine having a rotary stirring mixing tube and a conveyor belt by which provided garbage treating machine for place of business is easy to be installed on small space. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of (a) placing the bottom board of the outer part wall made of stainless steel plate and levelling it; (b) after laying heat insulating material made of styrofoam on the bottom, placing a bottom plate of an inner part wall made of stainless steel plate and assembling and welding inner part walls except a front side wall; (c) inserting bearings on the wall side to be connected and assembled to a motor with installing a rotary stirring mixing tube and a conveyor belt; (d) welding a sawdust protecting plate to the inner wall side of the front side plate and assembling and welding the front side plate; (e) welding the inner wall upper plate made of stainless steel plate with fixing a reinforcing stand thereon; (f) dividing the left side of the garbage treating machine with a motor chamber with making a partition to assemble and weld; (g) fixing subsidiary stainless steel plates on the front and the both sides of the conveyor belt rotary shaft and welding; (h) after installing electrothermal wire and heat insulating material, assembling a double wall and fixing and welding an inlet, an outlet and a motor door; (i) assembling and welding the outer part upper plate; and (j) assembling and adhering system parts such as a control box consisting of a temperature detecting sensor, a temperature controller, a stirring time timer and a switch. |
