PURPOSE: A mini-sleeve of converter tapping hole is provided to improve durability and improve refining productivity by improving structural strength and preventing easy wear or erosion caused by molten steel of high temperature and oxygen in the air using a composition having superior corrosion resistance and spalling resistance. CONSTITUTION: In a mini-sleeve(1) of cylindrical converter tapping hole(110) which is a discharge passageway of molten steel with being mounted on the rear side of main sleeve(112) of the converter tapping hole for discharging molten steel refined in converter(100) into teeming ladle, the converter tapping hole mini-sleeve is characterized in that a circular diameter expansion part having larger outer diameter and inner diameter compared with an upper part of the one sleeve element is formed on a lower part of one sleeve element(1b), an upper part of the other sleeve element(1b) adjacent to the one sleeve element is insertingly connected to the diameter expansion part, a circular diameter expansion part having larger outer diameter and inner diameter compared with an upper part of the other sleeve element is formed on a lower part of the other sleeve element(1b), an upper part of another sleeve element(1b) adjacent to the other sleeve element is insertingly connected to the diameter expansion part so that the sleeve elements are sequentially connected in a series, and the lowermost mini-sleeve(1a) is formed in a cylindrical structure and connected between the mini-sleeve and(1) and the main sleeve(112).
