PURPOSE: A castable refractory with high tolerance is provided to improve thermal shock resistance, alkali resistance, wettability and abrasion resistance, thereby having stable tolerance and reduced frequency of repair, when used in a burner, a segment, a hood and a cooler of a rotary kiln made of cement. CONSTITUTION: The castable refractory with high tolerance comprises 3-8wt% of alumina cement, 3-8wt% of silica fume having a particle size of 10 micrometer or less, which contains 3-10wt% of ZrO2, the balance of an alumina clinker having 98% or more purity and other indispensable impurities.
