PURPOSE: A power amplifier module is provided to prevent noise due to mutual interference within plural amplifiers and improve an insulating characteristic between the amplifiers by applying the bias to a collector of a transistor of the front amplifier. CONSTITUTION: A power amplifier module includes an amplifier and a first to a third bias part. The amplifier(50) is formed with a plurality of amplifiers to amplify signals having plural frequency bands and output the amplified signals. The first to the third bias parts(61,62,63) apply the bias to the amplifiers, simultaneously. In addition, the first to the third bias parts apply alternately the bias to the first front amplifier. The bias of the first to the third bias parts is applied to bases and collectors of transistors of the amplifiers. The bias is alternately applied to a collector of a transistor of the first front amplifier.
