PURPOSE: A 2D(Dimensional) barcode reader having the plural visual fields is provided to read various sizes of 2D barcodes without replacing an optical system by installing the plural optical systems to one 2D barcode reader, even if the size of the 2D barcode is changed. CONSTITUTION: To read the contents of one 2D barcode, the light passing a basic optical system partially passes a half mirror and is partially reflected. An extending optical system collects/transfers the reflected light to a CCD(Charge Coupled Device). The CCD receives the light received from both optical systems by using the respective CCDs. The image signals output from the respective CCDs are transferred/read by one reader.
