PURPOSE: A system for remotely controlling an air conditioner by using a wired/wireless complex telephone is provided to control an air conditioner by using a wired/wireless complex telephone where an air conditioning control function is added, so that a user can control the air conditioner with a voice as perceiving a state of the air conditioner without a host computer through an ARS function of the complex telephone. CONSTITUTION: A wireless telephone(10) generates air conditioning control data according to a button signal or a control signal of a user inputted as a voice, transmits the control data, receives controller response data, and displays a controlled state of an air conditioner. A wired telephone(20) receives the control data to output the data, inputs the controller response data to transmit the data to the wireless telephone(10), displays the controlled state of the air conditioner or delivers a voice with a designated telephone number. An air conditioning controller(30) outputs an air conditioning control signal by inputting the control data to control the air conditioner, confirms the controlled state, generates the controller response data, and outputs the response data to the wired telephone(20).
