PURPOSE: A method and a system for ordering a spot AD(ADvertisement) on a data network during transmission of a moving image are provided to reduce an AD expense by making an AD agent offer constraints defining target users to a broadcasting company. CONSTITUTION: The system includes an AD agent client(605), a broadcasting company server(610), and a storing device(621). The AD agent client provides the constraints to the broadcasting company server through the data network(606). An ordering component(625) of the broadcasting company server requests the constraint for calculating price of the spot AD to the AD agent client. A price calculating component(635) calculates the price by receiving the constraint. The AD agent client transmits the AD to the broadcasting company server after approving the price.
