Cat food product comprises at least two compartmented food compositions, at least two of which have different proportions of at least two of fats, proteins and carbohydrates. Independent claims are also included for: (1) food composition intended for use in a food product as above; (2) offering an optimal macronutrient diet to a cat by feeding it with a food product as above; (3) maintaining the weight of a cat by feeding it with unlimited amounts of a food product as above; (4) promoting good health in a cat by feeding it with a food product as above.
