PURPOSE: A structure for installing an air conditioner used for ventilation is provided to easily attach and detach components to and from the inside of a case. CONSTITUTION: A duct(60) is installed in a case to crosswise form an air discharge path(61) and an air suction path(62). A total heat exchanger(70) is installed at a cross point of the air suction path and the air discharge path to be slidably attached and detached, having a first passage part(72) communicated with the air discharge path and a second passage part(73) communicated with the air suction path. A compressor(74) is installed at a predetermined place in the case to be slidably attached and detached. First and second heat exchangers(75,76) are installed at the air suction path and the air discharge path to be slidably attached and detached. First and second ventilating fans are installed at the air suction path and the air discharge path to be slidably attached and detached. An expansion device and a four-way valve are installed at a refrigerant tube connected with the first and second heat exchangers.
