PURPOSE: A folder type cellular phone where a camera is mounted on is provided to rotate a camera while an upper folder is rotated, in order to make a photographing direction of the camera always parallel to an output direction of an LCD screen, thereby realizing user convenience without controlling the photographing direction of the camera. CONSTITUTION: A hinge body(130) having a hinge hole is comprised in a lower end center of an upper folder(100). Hinge grooves are comprised on both upper ends of a lower folder(200). Hinge knuckles(230) are combined with both sides of the hinge body(130). The upper folder(100) has a main display portion(110) for outputting an image and an earpiece(120) for outputting a sound on inner sides, and has the hinge body(130) combined with a portion of a hinge. The hinge body(130) has a camera(132) and a flash(134). The camera(132) photographs an image on a surface parallel to an inner side of the upper folder(100) where the main display portion(110) is mounted on. The flash(134) emits light necessary for the photographing.
