PURPOSE: An optical disc damper is provided to be selected according to the posture of an optical disc regenerator. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a rubber damper(640), a ring type spring(650), a damper holder(670), and a holder driver. The rubber damper(640) is fixed at a spindle frame. The ring type spring(650) is inserted into a circumference of the rubber damper. The damper holder(670) is installed in a main body frame and is movable in a space between a spring holding position and a spring separation position. The holder driver moves the damper holder in a space between a spring holding position and a spring separation position.
