PURPOSE: A piezoelectric oscillator, a portable phone device using the same, and an electronic apparatus using the same are provided to improve testability and to correct easily connection failure by connecting an outer terminal of a first package with a connection terminal of a second package at the outside using conductive material. CONSTITUTION: A piezoelectric oscillator(30) includes a second package(60) and a first package(70) stacked on the second package. The first package includes a piezoelectric vibration part(32) and outer terminals(37) connected with excitation electrodes of the piezoelectric vibration part. The outer terminals are exposed to the outside. The second package includes an oscillation circuit device(61), connection terminals(41a,42a) connected with the oscillation circuit device, and mounting terminals(51a,52a). The connection terminals and the mounting terminals are exposed to the outside. The outer terminals of the first package are electrically connected with the connection terminals of the second package by using conductive material(34). |
