ANION-CONTAINING POLYURETHANE FOAM AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An anion-containing polyurethane foam and its preparation method are provided, to obtain a foam having excellent anion-emitting and far infrared ray radiating effects, heat insulation, flame retardancy and deodorizing effect. CONSTITUTION: The anion-containing polyurethane foam comprises a polyester-based or polyether-based polyol; and 2-30 wt% of an anion-emitting stone. Preferably the anion-emitting stone is a particle having a size of 325-4,000 mesh. The method comprises the steps of pulverizing an anion-emitting stone; mixing the obtained anion-emitting stone particle with a polyester-based or polyether-based polyol; and reacting the obtained mixture with a multifunctional isocyanate.
