PURPOSE: A dual rate torsion beam axle of a vehicle is provided to effectively attain dual roll stiffness of the vehicle mounted with the torsion beam axle. CONSTITUTION: A dual rate torsion beam axle of a vehicle comprises a main member(110) formed in an open-end surface cross beam shape and combined to a trailing arm, and an auxiliary member(120) formed in an open-end surface cross beam shape and inserted in the open end surface of the main member. One end of the auxiliary member is combined to the main member and the right and left ends are rotatably combined to the ends of the main member with spacing. Dual-rate torsional rigidity is formed according to the contact of the main member and the auxiliary member.
