PURPOSE: An antismoking cigarette is provided to get rid of a stress and to prevent a stress disease and various adult disease by using a sowthistle(Ixeris dentata NAKAI) as a main ingredient of the antismoking cigarette. CONSTITUTION: The antismoking cigarette comprises a leaf and a root of a dried and grinded sowthistle; and a cigarette paper with a filter on a side thereof, wherein the leaf and root of a dried and grinded sowthistle are charged in the cigarette paper and the length of the grinded root and leaf is 1 to 8 mm. The further material charged in the cigarette paper comprises 12 wt.% of a gingko leaf grinded to 1 to 8 mm length. and 6 wt.% of the fruit of a Chinese matrimony vine grinded to 1 to 8 mm length.
