PURPOSE: Semiconductor trimming equipment having a Lead frame ejection unit for monitoring quality is provided to improve productivity and reduce failure in quality by periodically ejecting monitoring object material without stopping the semiconductor trimming equipment. CONSTITUTION: Semiconductor trimming equipment includes a loading part, a trim press part, an unloading part, and a main part. The unloading part includes a lead frame buffer(202) for storing a lead frame(203), a slider(201) connected with a monitor window(105) for ejecting the lead frame, and the first picker support(209). The unloading part further includes the second picker support(208) mechanically connected with the first picker support for being moved up and down, and a picker(205) mechanically connected with the second picker support for transferring the lead frame to the slider.
