A pharmaceutical product for administration to a patient for providing an anti-androgenic effect and an anti-oestrogenic effect in the patient, the product comprising a compound of formula I and tamoxifen, wherein the compound of formula I and tamoxifen are provided in a ratio of 35 to 350:025 to 100 respectively.
