PURPOSE: An ozone free cluster anion generator is provided to generate an anion by being mounted in an air cleaner or air conditioner installed indoor. CONSTITUTION: The ozone free cluster anion generator comprises a main body(11); an anion generating part(12); a power supply part(13); and an anion generating high voltage part(15). The anion generating part(12) is composed of an alloy to process 8 metal components of platinum., stainless steel, copper, silver, zinc, nickel, manganese and tungsten, a conductive cloth having free electrons, a conductive gum and an anti-conductive gum, is formed in a form of a fiber twisted like a rope and is wound on the main body(11).
