PURPOSE: An apparatus for generating power is provided to reduce noise and environmental pollution by using rotation force of a crank shaft to operate a generator. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for generating power includes a main body(B), a crank shaft(C), and a generator. The crank shaft is installed in the inside of the main body in order to rotate the generator. A plurality of cylinder rods are connected to the crank shaft. A plurality of cylinders(S1-S3) are connected to a plurality of hydraulic pumps(P1-P3) in order to pump oil. The hydraulic pumps are operated by a plurality of motors(M1-M3). The cylinders are operated by the hydraulic pumps. The crank shaft and the generator are operated by the cylinders.
