PURPOSE: A method of servicing a digital ENC(Electronic Navigational Chart) for a cellular phone and a geographic information service supply method using an electronic chart are provided to perceive structures of each object, and to store location/additional information of the objects, then to display a requested ENC on a display in object units by controlling a screen of a cellular phone, so that a user can easily perceive navigational information through the cellular phone. CONSTITUTION: A cellular phone opens a loaded ENC file(301), and reads a DDR(Data Descriptive Record)(302). The cellular phone reads a DR(Data Record)(303), and selects an object by perceiving a field tag and an ID(304). The cellular phone perceives whether a structure of the selected object is in dot, line or side type(305). The cellular phone stores perceived information with location information of the object(306). The cellular phone checks whether the selected object is a final object(307). If so, the cellular phone repeats the procedure until the object disappears, and controls a screen if all object information is stored(308). The cellular phone displays the information in object units on the screen(309).
