PURPOSE: A mold for manufacturing a complex formed product is provided to minimize the reject rate of the formed product, and reduce manufacturing cost and working time. CONSTITUTION: A mold for manufacturing a complex formed product is composed of a lower mold(100), an upper mold(200) opposite to the lower mold, and a porous resin mold(300) installed in the lower mold. A skin(400) is placed on the upper part of the resin mold. The lower mold includes a bottom unit(110), and a side wall(120). A plurality of air passages(130) are formed at the bottom unit. A resin injection unit(220) is formed at the upper mold.
