PURPOSE: A system for controlling a mobile communication terminal equipped with a credit card IC chip is provided to process transaction quickly and conveniently without storing a blacklist in a card reader by managing the blacklist through a mobile communication company, a credit card company, and the mobile communication terminal in real-time through the online. CONSTITUTION: The mobile communication terminal(10) is equipped with the credit card IC chip. The mobile communication company(20) provides a mobile communication service by connecting to the mobile communication terminal through a mobile communication network. The card reader(40) performs a process needed for the credit card settlement through a reading/writing operation with the mobile communication terminal. A VAN(Value Added Network) server(50) processes the process needed for the approval and the settlement of a credit card by connecting to the card reader through the VAN network. The credit card companies(30) are respectively connected to the VAN server. |
